PROBATION PERIOD:
The selected candidate will be on Probation for a period of 24 months (2 years) of active service from the date of his / her joining the Bank.
Selection Procedure:
Through a Group Discussion and a Personal Interview.
GROUP DISCUSSION:
A Group Discussion, , shall carry 50 marks and shall be conducted to assess the candidate’s presentation skills, leadership qualities, inter-personal qualities, team spirit, etc. The minimum qualifying marks for the Group Discussion would be 50% marks (45% for Reserved Category Candidates)
PERSONAL INTERVIEW:
A Personal Interview of 50 marks shall be conducted to assess the candidates’ academic record, power of expression, clarity of thought, qualities of leadership, extra curricular activities, hobbies, general demeanour, behaviour, communication skills, etc. The minimum qualifying marks for the Personal Interview would be 50% marks (45% marks for Reserved Category Candidates).

Educational Qualifications:
Degree of a recognised University or equivalent with 60% marks in the final
year of Degree course.
AND
Post Graduate Masters Degree of a recognised University or equivalent with Specialisation in Human Recourse.
Work Experience:
A minimum of 10 years post Qualification work experience in Human Resource
Management of which atleast 05 years in a senior level position. The candidate
should be proficient in handling Manpower Planning, Recruitments, Placements, Induction Mentoring, Job Competencies Mapping, Performance Assessment Promotions
and Rewards, Salary and Compensation including Management of Payment of Terminal Benefits,Etc.
AGE (As on – 31.12.2009): Min – 35 & Max – 50 Years.

Educational Qualifications:
Degree of a recognised University or equivalent with 60% marks in the final year of Degree course.
AND
Post Graduate Masters Degree of a recognised University or equivalent with Specialisation in journalism or mass Communication or Public Relations or Advertising.
Work Experience:
A minimum of 10 years post Qualification work experience in Brand Management, Strategy Management, Media Relations of which atleast 05 years in a senior level position. The candidate should posses’ proficiency in Oral and Written Communication, especially in the area of Banking and Finance. Should be well conversant in Media Relations and press Liaisons for Planning and Organizing Press conferences and other Corporate Image Building exercise.

SERVICE BOND:
